Livingston County clergy retreat

In the month of November, 2019, L&S will host a small group of pastors in the Livingston Co. community to participate in an overnight trip to Indian River, Michigan. The group will stay at the historical lodge of the L family and be treated to the areas finest fares, all while engaging in meaningful conversation and progressive asdklfjasfklsj with their local funeral directors. Topics will include: the changing notion of 'home,' what makes a 'good funeral,' the evolving role of clergy in a funeral, etc. Please contact Rachel if you are local clergy looking to participate.

December to Remember

On Sunday, December 11, L&S invites members of the community who have endured a loss this year to join for a tree lighting candle ceremony. This year we chose a concolor fir, which is literally the best christmas-style tree ever. It even smells extra good.
